One of the greatest games ever! Well that's my opinion. I could play this game for hours on end and still have a smile upon my face when I switch off the machine. I used to love playing the two player battle, especially the one with the strips of water. I used to get the feather, time my jump and jump into a strip of water to get away from the apocalyptic-like red shell of dome. My best idea was to jump into one with a '?' box so that I could try and get a red-shell and then jump out and attack my enemy. I enjoyed watching someone go by and then waiting for the last possible second ad then firing and watch has the red shell would fly fter them like a side-winder missle. Cool!

The graphics on this game were unbelievable and it actually offered a new kind of gameplay, who can get the highest 'Ultra Combo'. I loved it when you the man's voice would say "King Combo". I used to obsess about this game, combo this that, death moves, ultimates (a combo which includes a death move at the end for those of you who don't know). It's a shame the franchise went down the pan.

What! Street Fighter Alpha 2 on a SNES. Well this just proves a point I've recently been wondering. What exactly is on current street fight game discs. Surely the whole disc hasn't been utilised. When you look at games like Gran Turismo 4 stuffed to the brim with features and you look at games like Capcom Fighting Jam and you're left to wonder... is that it! Well what can you say. Street Fighter the pinacle of two-dimensional fighting, and then you look at the current Guilty Gear games. Well my hat has to go off to Capcom for squeezing this game onto a SNES cart. I salute you!

This game is one of the best on the Super NES. Not only is it a great Role-Playing Game, but it is also has the added bonus of a two player option. No longer was the RPG experience limited to one person alone. A common situation where there is only one participant with onlookers getting increasingly annoyed at not being able to participate in the action. Instead they can pull up next to you, pick up a pad, and join in to bash some monsters.
