Yukihiro is the newest and the third drummer of L'Arc~en~Ciel, after pero and sakura. Yukihiro officially became a member of Laruku after the release of the single Niji (rainbow) during which he was credited as being a supporting member.
Some people have said that his drumming style is softer sounding, to the hard hitting sakura.
Acid Android is yukihiro's solo band. They have an album entitled "purification" and have a mini-album entitled "faults". In April 2006 the single "let's dance" was released.
